Anchorage Charges for vessels under 80m is   Euro 55 / meter / per month ie abt  Eur 2 per meter per day.  

 

The following documents need to be provided in advance :

Crew List /   ( Name / DOB / Place of birth / Passport Details No. / Issue & Exp Dates / )  date & place of embarkation

Pax list ( as above )

Registration Certificate  - copy

Insurance Certificate -  copy   * H&M and 3rd party

Skipper Name / License Number if Seamans book /  Date of embarkation.

Bunkers on arrival / Departure

If any bonded stores on board ( quantity )

 

Also confirmation that are not ISPS compliant  * if they have ISPC need further details 

Fees : Eur 350  - Eur 600 depending on type / size

- Ship’s Particulars


CERTIFICATES to be sent in PDF

- Certificate of Registry

- International Tonnage Certificate

- P&I Insurance / Certificate of Entry

- Bunker Oil Pollution Certificate ( as issued by the Flag )

- Wrecks Removal Certificate ( as issued by the Flag)

- Ship Sanitation Exemption Certificate

- ISSC

- International Sewage Pollution Certificate

- Maritime Declaration of Health


INFORMATION

- Master’s name, Passport No. and Exp. date, Seaman Book No. and Date of Embarkation

- Draft on arrival

- Number of Disabled Persons needing assistance in case of evacuation (deaf and blind as well)

- Bunkers on Arrival and Estimate on Departure

- Ship Contact Details (Inmarsat Call Numbers, CSO name and 24 hrs contact details)

DOCUMENTS:

- Passengers List and Nationality Breakdown (ship’s format and Cyprus Ports Authority form) –

(See attached forms and example – On clicking on Movement Column there is the option of

T=Transit E=Embarking and D=Disembarking – For the Arrival Pax List you use T and/or D)

- Crew List and Nationality Breakdown (ship’s format and Cyprus Port Authority form in which

you have to add the Crew Effects mainly Tobacco, Cigarettes/Cigars and Spirits) – See

attached example - On clicking on Movement Column there is the option of T=Transit

E=Embarking and D=Disembarking – For the Arrival Crew List you use T and/or E).

- IMO Declaration

- Request for Use of Port Reception Facilities
